Wolcott Row was one of the first developments to be built in the West Lincoln Park/West Lakeview neighborhood located west of Ashland along Diversey. When constructed in the 1990's, the neighborhood was lacking in amenities and the homes were constructed as affordable yet spacious homes with a short commute to downtown or to area expressways. The neighborhood has now exploded in popularity and the neighborhood gleams with new parks, new restaurants and new million-dollar homes.
Homes in Wolcott Row vary in decor from the original standard quality to very modern, updated and luxurious homes. There can be many thousands of dollars in price difference between homes of similar size and room counts. All the homes in Wolcott Row enjoy attached garage parking, a balcony or roof deck, and some of the homes have private patios and landscaped small yards.
