Blurring the distinction between Luxury and Ultra-Luxury, The Pointe features homes that range from rather modest duplexes with two bedrooms to sumptuous, four-level, extravagent homes. On the lower end of the pricing scale, duplexes that have not been renovated since construction are getting a bit dated.
