North Town Village is one of the newest communities to sprout up on the Near North side of Chicago in the un-developed western edge of Old Town. Just north of this community is the vibrant Clybourn Corridor filled with new shops and entertainment.
These homes are a mixture of duplexes, three story and four story townhomes. Spanning the scale from near-luxury to luxury, the level of amenities varies from the low price (and smaller sized) homes to the higher priced, larger homes. The style varies between classic Chicago Red Brick with limestone stairs & accents, to more Victorian with peaked roofs, turret rooms and ginger-bread accents.
The duplex homes have detached garages, and the larger townhomes offer attached 1 & 2 car garages.
The homes are clustered around a central park the size of a football field, beautifully landcaped and manicured.
