"Three Distinct Row Houses... Neighborhoods"

Most rowhomes are similar or often identical to some townhomes, but the term varies based on region. Curbed Chicago just put out a blog highlighting a comparison of three newly-listed rowhomes in distinctly different neighborhoods. It's interesting to see the variances in architecture, style, neighborhood, and price.

The article features a Washington Park home on Ingleside that is currently listed for $399,500, a Lincoln Park home two blocks from infamous Oz Park listed for $1,095,000, and a newly-renovated home on Champlain in Pullman that is currently listed for $172,000.
