Crain's Residential news writer, David Lee Matthews, wrote about a revival of a North Side townhouse project along the river in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. Running along the river at the southwest corner of Oakley and Wolfram, the 30,000 square feet of land was purchased and they are planning to break ground this year. The project would include 15 three-bedroom townhomes and a four-unit condominium building.
